Cancellation Policy Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals To ensure the best experience for all guests, please arrive on time. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may require an adjustment to your service, with full payment still due. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling and will incur a 50% fee. No-Show Policy Missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. Service Adjustments Changes to your reserved service must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may result in a fee. Adjustments & Satisfaction Your experience is important to me.
