Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy; I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled atleast 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% fee of your scheduled service. I cannot fill the spot you have reserved for your services & clients who are on my waitlist won’t have the opportunity to receive a service. A complimentary text and email are sent out 72 hours in advance for ample time to accommodate this policy. Your card will be charged. 2. Scheduled Appointments; I understand that delays can happen however, if you’re late, that takes away from your experience as well as clients after you. If you are 10 minutes past your scheduled time, you may not receive the full service booked, full payment will still be due. If you are more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment, which will require a 50% of the scheduled service fee. If you change your mind about a service (ex: not wanting color, only cut) you must notify me when confirming your appointment 72 hours in advance or there will be a fee. 3. No-Show Policy; If you miss an appointment without 48 hours notice, I reserve the right to charge 75% of your scheduled appointment. Please understand that I schedule special time for you and I cannot fill the spot you have reserved for your services & clients who are on my waitlist won’t have the opportunity to receive a service. If you would like any adjustments made to your hair, you must contact me immediately within a week of your appointment. I do not offer refunds on services or hair extensions. 5.
